Stick chocolate chips quickly before white chocolate starts to set– This ensures that they harden into the chocolate and won’t fall off.

How to melt white chocolate? You can melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in 1 minute increments, stirring between each heating, until fully melted. You can also melt the chocolate in a double-broiler on the stovetop.

How to dip cookies for an even coating? You can use your fingers to dip the cookies, or gently stick a fork into the cream of the Oreo and then dip the cookies. Slide the cookie off with another fork gently.

Let cookies set and harden fully– Because this helps keep the chocolate intact around the cookie so they look the best.
