Quick and easy sparkling lemonade recipe, made with simple ingredients. It's refreshing & bubbly. 2 flavors included: blueberry lemonade and kiwi lemonade.

*Thank you Vital Proteins for sponsoring today's post so that I can share this sparkling lemonade recipe with all of you. As always, all opinions are mine.*

This sparkling lemonade is one of my FAVORITE drinks to enjoy on those intensely hot days, where you think you are going to melt!

It's EASY to make with fresh berries, sparkling water, honey and best of all, it's is ready in 10 minutes.

My sister calls this recipe a sparkling lemonade "punch" because of the addition of fruits.

Regardless of what you call it, nothing can be better than SIPPING on a glass of this fruity Summer beverage while sitting out at the patio.

I took my family's sparkling TRADITIONAL lemonade recipe and modified it a bit.

That resulted in this delicious kiwi cucumber lemonade you saw above and this blueberry lavender lemonade below.

    Sparkling Lemonade Recipe

Most lemonade recipes with fruit require simple syrup but I prefer to crush the fresh fruits and use that instead.

It's a HEALTHIER alternative and tastes very light and pleasant.

    Sparkling Blueberry Lemonade

I like to use sparkling water BUT you can make this QUICK sparkling lemonade with:

    • Sprite
    • 7UP
    • Ginger Ale
    • Vodka

    How to make sparkling lemonade?

Start off by crushing the fresh fruits. Pour it through a strainer and get rid of all the seeds. Pour this fresh fruit juice in a jug. Add lemon juice, honey, collagen peptides. Mix. Add sparkling water and additional fruits and mint for garnish. Enjoy!

How do you make lemonade fizzy?

You need to add carbonated water (fizzy drink) to your lemonade such as soda water, sparkling water, club soda or seltzer water.

    Lemonade vs. Sparkling Lemonade

Classic lemonade is made by mixing together water, sugar and lemon juice and garnished with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves without any carbonated water.

How do you make lemonade with real lemons?

You just squeeze out the juice from fresh lemons and use my recipe below, instead of using bottled lemon juice.

How to make blueberry lemonade recipe?

Crush blueberries in a blender and run it through a sieve to remove seeds. Mix this blueberry juice with lemon juice, honey and sparkling water. Garnish with fresh blueberries and enjoy.

    Old Fashioned Sparkling Lemonade Recipe

By the way, I also like to add Vital Proteins Collagen Beauty Water to give it a BOOST of nutrition.

They have these 2 AMAZING flavors now- Lavender Lemon and Cucumber Aloe, which smell and taste heavenly!

I am currently OBSESSED with the lavender lemon flavor...It's so good!

    Tips for Perfect Sparkling Lemonade:

    • You can double, triple or even quadruple this sparkling lemonade recipe for a CROWD.
    • Some people like their lemonade tart and some like it very sweet. Adjust the amount of honey and lemon juice to suit your preference.
    • You can REPLACE honey with sugar but honestly,  I LOVE honey and I think it adds a wonderful flavor.
    • Vital Proteins Collagen Beauty Water can be omitted but I highly recommend it to give this recipe a boost of nutrition.
    • If you want to make a sparkling OLD FASHIONED lemonade, omit all the fruits and collagen and enjoy!
    • Make sure to use a fine mesh strainer to catch all the seeds. Seriously, who wants to drink a seedy lemonade? Yuck!
    • Use FRESH lemon juice. It tastes so much better than sparkling lemonade from concentrate.
    • You can use your favorite fruits instead of the ones I used.
    • Serve IMMEDIATELY or else the bubbly affect will diminish and that's truly the best part!

    Well, that's all for today.
