How To Make Easy Ghost Cookies?

    1. Pour melted chocolate- On each cracker.
    2. Add marshmallows- On top of each cracker.
    3. Place the ghost candy- In the center.
    4. Add confetti sprinkles- And you are done!

    Variations For Spooky Ghost Biscuits

Ghost sugar cookies- These Easy Sugar Cookies Recipe {Soft And Chewy} and this Chocolate Sugar Cookies {Cut out} would make great bases for these ghost cookies. You can use cookie cutters to cut out circle or square shapes.

Nutter butter ghosts- Use nutter butters in place of saltine crackers for another option. You can also dip the entire Nutter Butter in melted white chocolate, let it set and then, add then pipe eyes and mouth with black icing.

Use other store-bought cookies- Instead of saltine crackers use graham crackers, Milano cookies, or chocolate chip or whatever you prefer.

Replace melted chocolate with frosting- Such as Brown Sugar Frosting {So Fluffy}, Easy Orange Frosting {Buttercream Frosting}, Chocolate Ganache Frosting {2 Ingredients}, or this Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting.

Sprinkle shredded coconut - For additional flavor and texture.

Use seasonal Halloween sprinkles- These can be found at most grocery stores or craft stores.

Add a layer of peanut butter- Spread a thin layer of peanut butter before adding the melted chocolate on top for a sweet, salty, and savory flavor!

    Partially Eaten Halloween Cookies

    Tips And Techniques

What chocolate to use? I used semisweet chocolate, but you can use dark or white, or whatever you prefer.

How to melt chocolate? Add chocolate in a bowl. Heat bowl in the microwave at 30 second intervals stirring between each heating, until fully melted.

Use colorful marshmallows- They usually have holiday themed marshmallows in most grocery stores. The colorful marshmallows would make a fun addition to these cookies.

Make ahead instructions- These can be made one day in advance without any issues.

    Storage

Room temperature- In a cookie jar for 2-3 days.

Freeze- I do not recommend freezing these because the saltine crackers will become soggy upon thawing.
