Easy recipe for vegan brownies that are made with no eggs, milk or butter. Super moist and fudgy and packed with deep chocolate flavor.
I am constantly saving links of desserts I want to try and this vegan brownies recipe is from Wendy’s blog.
I wait eagerly for her postings, which are not only focused on food but so much more! She has this sweet personality and incredible, balanced approach to life which “oozes” through each of her postings and I love that!
First off, let me be honest: I am not vegan. I have never had vegan brownies. As a matter of fact, I have never had brownies without eggs or milk! So, you can imagine my curiosity when I saw this recipe.

Verdict:
These vegan brownies were different from my regular brownies. Their texture was a blend between a moist chocolate cake and fudgy brownies. I LIKED this change and would make these brownies again. The only thing I would change next time is add ½ cup of cocoa powder or even ¼ cup of cocoa powder instead of ¾ cups. These brownies had a dark chocolate taste to them and I am not too fond of dark chocolate. Otherwise, they were delish!
Well, that's all for today.
