English Trifle (Christmas Trifle)

- 2 Buttermilk pound cake Cut into small cubes, Can also use Sara Lee frozen pound cake
- 1 batch Homemade vanilla pudding For a thicker pudding layer, double this recipe, Can be replaced with custard
- 1 cup Fresh strawberries Washed, Diced, Patted dry
- 4 cups Whipped cream Double this recipe
- ½ cup Strawberry jam
In a deep glass trifle dish, arrange a single layer of cake cubes.
Spread an even layer of pudding.
Add strawberries on top.
Spread some whipped cream on top of fresh strawberries.
Arrange another layer of cake cubes on top.
Spread an even layer of strawberry jam on top.
Arrange a third layer of cake cubes on top.
Spread some more pudding on top of cake.
Fill a piping bag with whipped cream and attach Tip 1M (large star tip) and pipe a design in a circular pattern on top of the pudding.
Chill for at least 2 hours in fridge and enjoy.
