Bake cupcakes and allow them to cool completely.
While cupcakes are baking and cooling, prepare the chocolate whipped cream and chocolate covered strawberries.
Fill a piping bag with icing and attach Wilton's 1M tip (big star tip).
Pipe a swirl of icing on top of each cupcake.
Place a single or halved chocolate strawberry on top of each cupcake. Enjoy.
