- 1 box Instant pudding mix Vanilla flavor or White chocolate, 3.4 oz
- 1.5 cups Eggnog
- 2 packages Cream cheese Full fat, 8 oz each
- ¼ cup Powdered sugar
- 1 cup Whipped cream E.g. Cool Whip, Full fat
- 1 Graham cracker crust
- ¼ teaspoon Ground nutmeg For sprinkling on top of cake
- ¼ cup Caramel sauce For drizzling on top of cake
In a large mixing bowl, add pudding mix and eggnog and mix until smooth. Add cream cheese, powdered sugar and whipped cream and mix until mixture is thick and fully combined.
Spread this mixture on top of the prepared 8 inch round graham cracker crust.
Chill for 3 hours or until set.
Prior to serving, sprinkle a dash of nutmeg and drizzle some caramel sauce.
Slice and enjoy.
