- 4 cups Chocolate pudding
- 1 cup Oreos Roughly chopped
- 6-8 Stalks Mint leaves Fresh, Washed and patted dry, Can also use fresh rosemary or thyme
Start off by preparing my favorite chocolate pudding. You can use store bought pudding too, if you are short on time.
Pour pudding into clear mini glasses. Fill about halfway.
Allow the pudding to cool down for about 20 minutes.
Then, toss chopped Oreos on top of the pudding.
Chill these cups in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours or until it sets.
Just before serving, push a few mint stalks into each pudding cup. Enjoy!
- Fresh rosemary or thyme can be used instead of mint.
- Instead of Oreos, you can use mini chocolate chips, roughly chopped candy bars, chocolate graham crackers, chocolate sugar cookies or chocolate shortbread and even chopped nuts.
- For a Halloween version, add some gummy worms and creepy candies like eyeballs and bones on top of the crushed Oreos.
- Read additional tips and variations above.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days without the mint stalks.
