Ingredients
1½poundsBoneless beefCut into 2 inch cubes
¼cupSoy sauceLow Sodium
¼cupBrown sugar
1cupBeef broth
2tablespoonSesame oil
1teaspoonPepper
1teaspoonGinger paste
1tablespoonGarlic paste
3tablespoonCornstarch
2-3cupsBroccoli floretsFrozen
1tablespoonSesame seedsRoasted, For garnish
Instructions
Add the beef, soy sauce, brown sugar, broth, sesame oil, pepper, ginger and garlic paste in the slow cooker and mix it all together.
Cover let everything cook for 3 hours on high OR 5 hours on low.
Remove ⅓ cup of the liquid into a small mixing bowl. Add cornstarch and mix it together until smooth. Pour this mixture in the slow cooker and mix everything together.
Add broccoli.
Cover and cook for 30 minutes so that the sauce thickens.
Garnish with roasted sesame seeds.
Serve immediately with rice.
