- 3 Bananas Ripe, Mashed
- ⅓ cup Oil
- 3 Eggs Large
- 1 box Chocolate cake mix Or Devil's Food cake mix
- 1 cup Chocolate chips Regular or mini
- ½ cup Mini chocolate chips For topping
- ¾ cup Walnuts Chopped, For topping
In a large mixing bowl, mix together mashed bananas, oil and eggs until smooth. Add cake mix, chocolate chips and mix until just combined. Don't over-mix!
Pour batter into two greased/floured loaf pans (Dimensions: 8x4). Sprinkle mini chocolate chips and walnuts on top.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45- 50 minutes or until an inserted toothpick in the center comes out clean.
