Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bars (Eggless)
Quick, easy, no bake, eggless chocolate chip cookie dough bars recipe, homemade with simple ingredients. These are safe to eat raw.

Ingredients

cup
Coconut oil
Solid and not melted

Raw honey
Adjust according to your preference

Vanilla extract

Almond flour

Mini chocolate chips
Semisweet

Melted chocolate
Semisweet, milk, dark or white
Instructions
In a
mixing bowl
, add coconut oil, honey,
vanilla extract
and mix until smooth.
Add flour and
collagen peptides
and mix again.
Add chocolate chips and mix everything together with a spatula.
Use a paintbrush to paint the inside of a chocolate mold with melted chocolate. Chill the mold for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
Fill the mold with cookie dough, leaving some empty space at the top.
Fill the space at the top with melted chocolate. Chill the mold in the refrigerator for 10 more minutes.
Flip the mold onto a sheet of wax paper. Tap it on the top and sides until the chocolate bar comes out.
Make as many bars as you want and enjoy.

Notes
Don't chill bars in the freezer because that can create white streaks on the chocolate.
If dough is too thick, mix in some milk or water. If it's too thin and sticky, mix in more flour.
Use raw honey because it's thicker and also has the best flavor.
Try other extracts for a different flavor profile.
For a chocolate brownie flavor, mix in some cocoa powder.
Protein powder can be omitted. Just replace that with additional almond flour.
If the dough is too thick for your liking, mix in some water or milk. If it's too thin, mix in additional almond flour or protein powder.
Some other add-in options are: mini m&m candies, chopped up pretzels or dried fruits, shredded coconut.
