Quick and easy chocolate banana bread recipe, made with simple ingredients. Soft, moist, loaded with chocolate chips and starts off with cake mix.

Ingredients

  • 3 Bananas Ripe, Mashed
  • 1/3 cup Oil
  • 3 Eggs Large
  • 1 box Chocolate cake mix Or Devil's Food cake mic
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips Regular or mini
  • 1/2 cup Mini chocolate chips For topping
  • 3/4 cup Walnuts Chopped, For topping

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix together mashed bananas, oil and eggs until smooth.

  2. Add cake mix, chocolate chips and mix until just combined. Don't over-mix!

  3. Pour batter into two greased/floured loaf pans (Dimensions: 8x4).

  4. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips and walnuts on top. 

  5. Bake 45- 50 minutes or until an inserted toothpick in the center comes out clean.
