This quick & easy spicy beef stir fry with red peppers is inspired by Asian/Chinese flavors. Tastes better than take out and best served with rice/ noodles.

Ingredients
Marinade:
3tablespoonSoy sauceLow sodium
2tablespoonSriracha sauce
1teaspoonGinger paste
1teaspoonGarlic paste
1teaspoonVinegar Or lemon juice
1tablespoonRed chili flakes
½teaspoonRed chili powder
¼teaspoonPepper
Stir Fry:
2tablespoonSesame oilOr peanut oil
1poundBoneless beefSirloin or chuck steak
⅓cupRed peppersSliced
⅓cupYellow peppersSliced
⅓cupsOnionsSliced
Garnish:
1tablespoonGreen onionsFinely sliced
½teaspoonRed chili flakes
Instructions
Start off by preparing the marinade in a deep bowl. Mix together soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, ginger paste, garlic paste, vinegar, crushed red chili peppers, red chili powder.
Add the beef pieces in this marinade and mix it thoroughly. Keep aside for 20 minutes.
In a wide pan, skillet or wok, heat oil on medium hight heat.
When oil is hot, add marinaded beef and cook until it changes color from red to brown (about 5 minutes)
Add red peppers, yellow peppers and onions and stir fry for another 4-5 minutes.
Garnish with green onions and red chili peppers. Enjoy!
