Easy Pumpkin Bread Recipe with Maple Glaze

  • 2 Eggs Large
  • 1 can Pumpkin puree 15 oz. can
  • 1 box Spice cake mix
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice Optional
Maple Glaze
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup Not pancake syrup!
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar


  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix together eggs and pumpkin puree until smooth.

  2. Add cake mix and pumpkin pie spice and mix until just combined. Don't Over-mix.

  3. Pour batter in a greased and floured loaf pan (Dimensions: 9x5).

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 55 minutes or until an inserted toothpick in the center comes out clean.

  5. Allow the bread to cool down at room temperature. 

  6. While the bread is cooling, prepare the maple glaze by mixing together maple syrup and powdered sugar in small bowl until smooth and glossy.

  7. When the bread has cooled down completely, drizzle some maple glaze on top or you can pour it on top too. 

  8. Let the glaze set for a 5-10 minutes and then slice and enjoy!
