1/3cupCoconut milkFull Fat
1/4cupVital Proteins collagen whey Or chocolate protein powder
1/4cupAdd-insE.g: cherries, nuts e.t.c
Instructions
In a microwave safe bowl, add coconut milk and chocolate. Heat at 30 second increments until the chocolate has started to melt. Don't overheat and burn this mixture!
Add collagen why and stir everything together with a spoon until there are no lumps and you have a smooth and creamy mixture.
Let this mixture chill in the fridge for about 2 hours or until it's firm but still fairly soft enough to mold.
Then, scoop out tablespoons of the mixture and shape into balls. Add a cherry or nut in the center of the ball, if you like.
Roll the balls in your choice of toppings (cocoa powder, sprinkles e.t.c.)
Place these balls in a gift box or fancy dish lined with wax paper and enjoy!

Notes
Read my tips above.
Make sure to use full fat coconut milk and remember to shake it well!
Store leftovers in the fridge and when you are ready to serve, set the plate on your countertop at room temperature for 15- 20 minutes and this will make them super creamy!
