Chocolate Covered Raspberries
These quick and easy chocolate covered raspberries are a delicious and healthy snack or dessert. Stuffed with semisweet chocolate chips too!
- 20 Raspberries
- 20 Chocolate chips Semisweet Or Dark
- 2 cups Chocolate chips Melted, Semisweet or Dark
Wash your raspberries and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Stuff each raspberry with your choice of chocolate chips.
Dip each stuffed berry into a bowl of melted chocolate, one at a time, using a fork.
Tap the fork on the side of the bowl to allow excess chocolate to drip off into the bowl..
Place each chocolate dipped berry on a tray, lined with parchment paper.
Allow the chocolate to set. Enjoy!
