- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Minced
- 1 Onion Small, Finely chopped
- 1 pound Ground beef
- 8 ounce Tomato sauce
- ⅓ cup Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt To taste
- Pepper To taste
- 8 Hamburger buns
Heat oil in a large non-stick pan on medium heat. Add garlic onions and saute until golden brown.
Add ground beef and cook until it's brown.
Drain all the fat.
Add tomato sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Mix everything together. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
To thicken it further, cook for a bit longer without the lid.
Serve in hamburger buns and enjoy!
