- 2 bags White chocolate chips 12 oz. each
- 1 can Sweetened condensed milk 14 oz. can
- ⅓ cup Candy canes or peppermint candy Finely chopped, You can also use Andes Peppermint Crunch Bits
In a deep microwave-safe bowl, add white chocolate chips and condensed milk.
Heat in the microwave until chocolate chips fully melt and mixture is smooth. Make sure to stir with a spatula every 30 seconds to prevent the chocolate from burning.
Pour mixture in a 9 inch square pan, lined with wax paper. Spread it evenly.
Spread the finely chopped candy canes on top and press down with your hands.
Chill in fridge for 3 hours or until fudge is firm.
Use a sharp knife to cut small pieces. Enjoy.
