Easy Banana Bread (With Cake Mix)
Easy banana bread recipe, homemade with simple ingredients. Starts off with yellow cake mix and flavored with cinnamon and nutmeg. Topped off with melted white chocolate and toasted walnuts.

- 3 Bananas Ripe, Mashed
- ⅓ cup Oil
- 3 Eggs Large
- 1 box Yellow cake mix
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
- ½ teaspoon Nutmeg powder
- ¼ cup Melted white chocolate For drizzling on top, Can be replaced with simple vanilla glaze too
- 2 tablespoon Walnuts Roughly chopped, Toasted, For topping, Optional
In a large mixing bowl, add mashed bananas, oil, eggs and mix until smooth. Add cake mix, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder and mix until just combined.
Pour batter into two greased and floured loaf pans (Dimensions: 8×4). Bake at 350 degrees F for 45- 50 minutes or until an inserted toothpick in the center comes out clean.
Remove from oven and allow the breads to cool completely.
Then, remove from pans and drizzle melted white chocolate on top and sprinkle walnuts. Enjoy!
