Chicken Shish Kabob Recipe

In a big bowl, mix together olive oil, honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, paprika, red chili flakes (optional) and pepper. Add the chicken cubes in this marinade and mix it together thoroughly.
Cover bowl with saran wrap and marinate in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.
Thread chicken and onions alternately through a metal skewer.
Grill for about 10 minutes on one side and 10 minutes on the other side, brushing with leftover marinade frequently to keep the chicken moist. Enjoy!
