Christmas Fudge (Peppermint Candy Cane Fudge)

Ingredients

  • 2 bags White chocolate chips 12 oz. each
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk 14 oz. can
  • cup Candy canes or peppermint candy Finely chopped

Instructions

  • In a deep microwave-safe bowl, add white chocolate chips and condensed milk.
  • Heat in the microwave until chocolate chips fully melt and mixture is smooth. Make sure to stir with a spatula every 30 seconds to prevent the chocolate from burning.
  • Pour mixture in a 9 inch square pan, lined with wax paper. Spread it evenly.
  • Spread the finely chopped candy canes on top and press down with your hands.
  • Chill in fridge for 3 hours or until fudge is firm.
  • Use a sharp knife to cut small pieces. Enjoy.
