In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and oil until foamy. Add cake mix, baking powder, cinnamon powder, cayenne pepper, chili powder, salt and mix until combined.
Cover and chill this mixture in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Scoop out small portions of the dough and form little balls.
Roll these balls in a bowl of granulated sugar.
Place them on a cookie tray, lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are firm but center is slightly soft. Enjoy.
