  • 3 tbsp Butter Unsalted
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar Can add up to 1/3 cup if you prefer very swet peaches
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder Adjust according to your preference
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg powder
  • 3 Peaches Semi-ripe, Large, Washed, Patted dry, Sliced to 1 inch thickness Can be peeled if you like

  • Heat butter in a large nonstick pan on medium-high heat.
  • When butter is fully melted, add brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and cook until mixture is slightly bubbly.
  • Add the peach slices and make sure that they are not overlapping.
  • Toss gently to coat each slice.
  • Cook uncovered for about 5 minutes or until the slices are caramelized on both sides and peaches are softened to your preference and sauce is slightly thickened.
  • Remove from heat and enjoy.

  • Read all my tips above.
  • Leftovers can be stored in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 3 days. The sauce will thicken slightly as the peaches cool.
