Caramelized Baked Peaches (With Cinnamon and Brown Sugar)
Quick and easy caramelized baked peaches recipe, homemade with simple ingredients in 20 minutes. Full of butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Great dessert topping!
- 3 tbsp Butter Unsalted
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar Can add up to 1/3 cup if you prefer very swet peaches
- 1/4-1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder Adjust according to your preference
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg powder
- 3 Peaches Semi-ripe, Large, Washed, Patted dry, Sliced to 1 inch thickness Can be peeled if you like
Heat butter in a large nonstick pan on medium-high heat.
When butter is fully melted, add brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and cook until mixture is slightly bubbly.
Add the peach slices and make sure that they are not overlapping.
Toss gently to coat each slice.
Cook uncovered for about 5 minutes or until the slices are caramelized on both sides and peaches are softened to your preference and sauce is slightly thickened.
Remove from heat and enjoy.

- Leftovers can be stored in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 3 days. The sauce will thicken slightly as the peaches cool.
