Easy Indian Mango Lassi

Quick and easy mango lassi recipe, homemade with simple ingredients in 10 minutes. This refreshing Indian drink is full of mango pulp or puree, yogurt, cardamom.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mango pulp or puree Cold, This typically comes in cans and can be found in most regular grocery stores and Indian stores, Can be replaced with same quantity of diced ripe and very sweet Alphonso mangoes
  • 1 cup Yogurt Full fat, Cold
  • 1-2-¾ cups Milk Whole or 2%, Cold
  • 1-2 tablespoon Granulated sugar Adjust according to your preference
  • ¼ teaspoon Cardamom powder

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients in a blender.
  • Puree until smooth.
  • Pour into 2 cups and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Read all my tips above.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days. Different components of the drink might settle. This can easily be fixed by mixing with a spoon, prior to serving.
