In large mixing bowl, add cream cheese and sugar and mix until smooth.
Add cranberry sauce, vanilla extract, orange zest and mix until combined.
Gently fold in the Cool whip and food coloring (if using) until smooth and creamy.
Spread this cranberry filling in the prepared pie pan with graham cracker crust.
Chill overnight or at least 6 hours until filling is firm.
Prior to serving, use a spatula to spread whipped cream on top.
Garnish with fresh cranberries and orange zest, peels or curls.
