- 3 Kiwis Peeled, Diced
- 1 Banana Ripe
- ½ cup Spinach Fresh, Washed and patted dry
- 1 cup Milk 2% or any vegan milk of your choice
- ¾ cup Greek vanilla yogurt
- 5-6 Ice cubes Optional
- 1 tablespoon Honey Optional
Add kiwis, banana spinach, milk, yogurt, ice cubes and honey in a blender.
Mix everything until smooth.
