Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Milk Whole, 2%, coconut milk, soy milk or almond milk
  • ½-3/4 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt Adjust to your taste
  • 1.5 cup Blueberries Preferably frozen
  • 1 Banana Ripe
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Optional

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into individual cups. Enjoy!
