White Chocolate Chip Cookies (With Cake Mix)

The best, quick and easy white chocolate chip cookies recipe, homemade with simple ingredients. Starts off with a cake mix. Rich, soft and chewy.

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs Large
  • cup Oil
  • 1 box Chocolate cake mix
  • ¾ cup White chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, add eggs and oil and mix until smooth.
  • Add chocolate cake mix and mix until combined.
  • Stir in white chocolate chips and 
  • Cover bowl and chill cookie dough in the fridge for 20 minutes to make it easier to handle.
  • Scoop out small portions of the dough and make little balls.
  • Place them on a cookie tray, lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are firm but center is slightly soft.
  • As soon as you remove cookies from the oven, push a few chocolate chips on top of each cookie, before they cool down, for a nicer appearance.
  • Allow the cookies to cool down and enjoy!
