- 2 Eggs Large
- ⅓ cup Oil
- 1 box Chocolate cake mix
- ¾ cup White chocolate chips
In a mixing bowl, add eggs and oil and mix until smooth. Add chocolate cake mix and mix until combined.

Cover bowl and chill cookie dough in the fridge for 20 minutes to make it easier to handle.
Scoop out small portions of the dough and make little balls.
Place them on a cookie tray, lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are firm but center is slightly soft.
As soon as you remove cookies from the oven, push a few chocolate chips on top of each cookie, before they cool down, for a nicer appearance.
