In a mixing bowl, add eggs, oil and and mix until smooth. Add cake mix, baking powder and mix until combined.
Cover bowl with saran wrap and chill cookie dough in the fridge for 15-20 minutes to make it easier to handle.
Scoop out small portions of the cookie dough and roll them into small balls.
Roll these cookie balls in a bowl of powdered sugar.
Place them on a cookie tray, lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are firm but center is slightly soft.

- If you prefer flatter cookies, flatten the cookie balls slightly with the palm of your hands. Then, coat them in powdered sugar and place them on a cookie tray.
