Fruit Yogurt Bark
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup Honey
- 2 tablespoon Vital Proteins Banana, Cinnamon Vanilla Protein Powder Optional but highly recommended
- ¼ cup Raspberries Washed, Patted dry
- ¼ cup Blueberries Washed, Patted dry
- ¼ cup Kiwis Cut into small slices, Patted dry
Fruit Yogurt Bark
In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, honey, protein powder and mix until everything is combined smoothly. Line a cookie tray with wax paper and spread this yogurt mixture into a ½ inch thickness. Sprinkle raspberries, blueberries and kiwis on top.
Freeze until bark becomes firm (about 2-3 hour)
Remove from freezer and use a sharp knife to break the bark into random pieces. Enjoy.
Chocolate Yogurt Bark
