Easy Homemade Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Chocolate chips Semisweet
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk 14 oz. can
  • 2 cups Toppings of your choice Such as chopped nuts, dried cranberries, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, sanding sugar, sprinkles, freeze dried fruit powder, chocolate shavings, shredded coconut, melted chocolate

Instructions

  • Add the chocolate chips and condensed milk in a bowl.
  • Heat in the microwave in 30 second increments and mix everything until mixture is smooth and there are no lumps.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours or until mixture becomes firmer and easier to handle and is not very sticky.
  • While the mixture is chilling, prepare the toppings.
  • Scoop out small portions of the truffle mixture and roll them into a ball.
  • Roll the truffle balls in any toppings of your choice. Enjoy.
