Easy Homemade Chocolate Truffles

- 3 cups Chocolate chips Semisweet
- 1 can Sweetened condensed milk 14 oz. can
- 2 cups Toppings of your choice Such as chopped nuts, dried cranberries, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, sanding sugar, sprinkles, freeze dried fruit powder, chocolate shavings, shredded coconut, melted chocolate
Add the chocolate chips and condensed milk in a bowl.
Heat in the microwave in 30 second increments and mix everything until mixture is smooth and there are no lumps.
Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours or until mixture becomes firmer and easier to handle and is not very sticky.
While the mixture is chilling, prepare the toppings.
Scoop out small portions of the truffle mixture and roll them into a ball.
Roll the truffle balls in any toppings of your choice. Enjoy.
