Chocolate Crunch Bars

Quick and easy no bake chocolate crunch bars recipe, made with 4 simple ingredients. Great as a healthy dessert or snack and makes a lovely homemade gift.

  • 1 1/2 cups Chocolate Melted, Semisweet, dark or white chocolate
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter Creamy
  • 1 cup Rice krispies cereal
  • 1 scoop Vital Proteins collagen peptides Vanilla coconut flavor, Optional


  • In a mixing bowl, add melted chocolate, peanut butter, rice cereal and a scoop of collagen peptides. Mix everything together.
  • Dump this mixture into chocolate bar molds and spread thoroughly with a spatula. Tap the mold a few times to remove all air bubbles.
  • Chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes or until chocolate becomes firm.
  • Flip the mold onto a sheet of wax paper and tap the top slightly until the chocolate bars fall out. Enjoy!
