Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Butter Unsalted
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 Egg Large
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips Semisweet, Milk or Dark
  • 1 Banana Ripe, Mashed

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add egg, banana, vanilla extract and mix until well-blended.
  • Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder and mix until just combined.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour.
  • Scoop out small portions of cookie dough on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 10 – 12 minutes OR until firm and golden brown along the edges. Enjoy!
