Easy Strawberry Crumble (Strawberry Crisp)
Easy strawberry crumble recipe, homemade with simple ingredients. This strawberry crisp is loaded with fresh strawberries, vanilla, hint of orange, cinnamon and an oat crunch topping.

Crunch topping/ Crumble topping
In a large mixing bowl, add strawberries, orange juice, vanilla extract, sugar, cornstarch and mix to combine everything.
Spread this strawberry mixture in a greased baking dish (11×7 or 9x13). I used 11x7.
In a separate mixing bowl, mix together oats, flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon vanilla extract until combined.
Add cubed butter and mix into the remaining ingredients with a fork or pastry cutter until you have a crumbly mixture. Do not add milk or water to thin out this topping.
Sprinkle this mixture on top of the strawberries.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes or until or until top is golden brown and fruit juices and sugar are bubbling.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
