Slow Cooker Fried Apples

Easy slow cooker fried apples recipe, that melt in your mouth. Homemade with simple ingredients. Loaded with ripe apples, pumpkin pie spice, butter, sugar.

Instructions

  • Add apples to the slow cooker (6 quart or larger) and sprinkle cornstarch. Mix until apples are coated.
  • Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, pumpkin pie spice and mix until combined.
  • Add melted butter, lemon juice, vanilla.
  • Cover and cook on High heat for 2 hours or until apples are tender but not falling apart and "mushy."
  • Mix until apples are evenly coated in the caramelized sugar syrup.
  • Serve warm with ice cream, whipped cream or anything else you like.
