- 4 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 1 cup Milk Whole, 2%, Almond, Coconut, Soy e.t.c.
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- Toppings Optional, Fresh berries, granola, nuts e.t.c.
Add 2 tablespoon chia seeds, ½ cup milk, 1 tablespoon honey, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract in a jar and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients in another jar and mix.
Let it sit for 5 minutes then mix again very well until there is no clumping.
Cover jars and refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours.
When you're ready to enjoy it, add toppings of your choice (optional). Enjoy!
