Vanilla Chia Pudding

Quick, easy, no bake, vanilla chia pudding recipe, homemade with 4 simple ingredients. Rich, creamy, healthy. Great for dessert or breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1 cup Milk Whole, 2%, Almond, Coconut, Soy e.t.c.
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • Toppings Optional, Fresh berries, granola, nuts e.t.c.

Instructions

  • Add 2 tablespoon chia seeds, ½ cup milk, 1 tablespoon honey, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract in a jar and mix well.
  • Add remaining ingredients in another jar and mix.
  • Let it sit for 5 minutes then mix again very well until there is no clumping.
  • Cover jars and refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours.
  • When you're ready to enjoy it, add toppings of your choice (optional). Enjoy!
