This easy no bake rocky road fudge recipe is made with a few simple ingredients. It's rich and packed with chocolate, roasted nuts and marshmallows.

  • 3 cups Chocolate chips I used a combination of semisweet and milk chocolate
  • 1 cup Condensed milk Sweetened
  • ¾ cup Nuts Roasted walnuts, pecans, peanuts, almonds
  • 1 cup Marshmallows Mini
  • ¼ cup Marshmallows Additional for topping
  • 1 cup Butterfinger peanut butter cups Mini for topping


  1. In a deep bowl, add chocolate chips and melt in the microwave. Make sure to stir every 30 seconds to prevent the chocolate from burning.
  2. Heat condensed milk in the microwave until it's warm but not boiling hot. Mix this into the melted chocolate.
  3. Stir in chopped nuts.
  4. Then, stir in the marshmallows.
  5. Spread this mixture in a square cake pan (Dimensions: 6x6), lined with wax paper.
  6. Top it off with additional marshmallows and some mini Butterfinger peanut butter cups. Push them into the fudge slightly with your fingers.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator overnight or at least 6 hours.
  8. Use a sharp knife to cut small square pieces and enjoy!
