No Bake Caramel Apple Pie

Quick and easy no bake caramel apple pie recipe with graham cracker pie crust and creamy cheesecake filling, homemade with simple ingredients. Perfect Thanksgiving dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cream cheese Full fat
  • ¾ cup Greek apple pie yogurt Or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup Granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon Allspice
  • 1 container Cool Whip 8 oz. container, Full fat
  • 6 Mini graham cracker pie crusts Pre-made
  • 1 Granny Smith apple Washed, Cut into small pieces
  • 1 Red apple Washed, Cut into small pieces
  • ¼ cup Mini chocolate chips For decoration
  • 1 cup Caramel sauce For drizzling

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, yogurt, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice until combined and creamy.
  • Mix in Cool Whip gently until mixture is smooth.
  • Spread this cheesecake filling in pre-made mini graham cracker pie crusts.
  • Top it off with red and green apples and some mini chocolate chips. 
  • Drizzle caramel sauce and enjoy. 

Notes

  • Leftovers can be stored in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 2 days. 
  • Use full fat ingredients for maximum creaminess.
  • Instead of mini graham cracker crusts, use a large one and make one big pie. 
  • Use a variety of apples for the best flavor profile.
