This gluten free chocolate peanut butter no bake energy balls recipe requires simple ingredients. Easy to make and great as a healthy snack/ dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Old fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • cup Coconut desiccated
  • ½ cup Flaxseed ground
  • cup Honey
  • ½ cup Creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup Roughly chopped pistachios
  • tsp Ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until you have a thick mixture.
  2. Chill this mixture for 30-40 minutes.
  3. Scoop out small portions and roll into little balls. Enjoy!
