Ingredients

Steak Kabobs Marinade

Kabobs

  • 2 pounds Sirloin steak Cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 Onion Cut into 1 inch pieces (Optional)
  • 1 Red bell peppers Cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 Yellow bell peppers Cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper To taste

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, add all the marinade ingredients and whisk them together.
  • Add the steak pieces into the marinade and mix it together.
  • Cover bowl with saran wrap and marinate in fridge for minimum of 1 hour to maximum of 6 hours.
  • In another mixing bowl, add onion, red and green bell peppers, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix everything together.
  • Assemble the kabobs now: Thread the marinated steak pieces onto metal skewers, alternating with vegetables.
  • Grill kabobs over medium heat, turning often so they cook evenly.
  • Kabobs are ready in about 12-15 minutes, when all sides of the steak are brown and vegetables are tender.
  • Let the kabobs rest for a few minutes and garnish with parsley or cilantro or red chili flakes (for a spicy kick) and enjoy!

Notes

  • Read all my tips above.
  • Tastes best when served fresh but leftovers can be stored in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 1 day.
