I think I have been making these brownies ever since I was in high school. They have a crispy top and a soft chocolaty center. I LOVE the flaky tops! There would be times when I would just eat those tops and leave the centers…lol.

Making them is a breeze! Here are the ingredients:

1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup milk
2 extra large eggs
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour

And here are the steps:

Step 1:
Add sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla extract in a deep bowl and mix everything.

Step 2:
In  a microwavable bowl, add your chocolate chips and butter and heat until melted. Mix with a spoon to dissolve any lumps.

Step 3:
Add melted chocolate into the batter and mix everything again.

Step 4:
Now, add the flour and mix everything for about 1 minute until everything is well-blended.

Step 5:
Pour this batter into a greased/floured pan and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

NOTE: Instead of greasing/flouring your pan, you can also cover your pan in foil paper and spray some Pam on it. It also works very well for this batter.
